Oven and range top, microwave, double door refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, entertainment center, cable, air conditioning, tub/shower, porcelain toilet, queen size master bedroom, sofa bed, and double bunks in a back room that can close off from rest of trailer.  Perfect for kids.  Sleeps 6 comfortably.

Outside there is a patio, a picnic table and fire ring.  Spacious grassy and shady site close to playground.

Check In: 3:00 PM-9 PM (no earlier or later).

Check Out: 12:00 PM (must check with office to extend stay, dependent upon availability)

Cancellation Policy: 30 days prior to arrival notice- minus 10%. Less than 30 days notice receives no refund, no swaps.

Depost: $150 deposit required at time of reservation.

This deposit guarantees your site and will be used as your security deposit. Camper liability is not limited to the $150 security deposit. Campers may be required to pay in full for any damages incurred, including any legal fees needed to recoup expenses.  This deposit will be held after you check out until the trailer has been cleaned and inspected. The deposit will be fully refunded by check after inspection and only if no damage is found. Leaving trailers dirty or a mess may delay or reduce your refund. 

Family Status: Rentals are for a family of six maximum - one family unit only.

Vehicles: 1 per site- 2nd vehicle to be parked in parking lot. Vehicles must be registered with office.
